Please note the software is licensed for use on only one device simultaneously. First, remove the program from your old device. Next, visit the Unbound Medicine support website at this address: http://www.unboundmedicine.com/support Once on the site, enter your serial number, email address, and press download. On the next screen select the appropriate download for your device. This page will display the proper instructions on how to obtain the software for your device. Note: In order to switch platforms an active subscription is required. Expired accounts will not be able to transfer the software to their new device until the account is renewed.
