Please note the software is licensed for use on only one device simultaneously. First, remove the program from your old device. Now visit the Unbound Medicine support website below. http://www.unboundmedicine.com/support Once on the site, enter your serial number and email address and press download. On the next screen press the “Android” button. This page will display the proper instructions on how to obtain the software for your Android phone. Note: In order to switch platforms it will require an active subscription. Accounts that have expired will not be able to transfer the software to their new device until the account is renewed.
