It sounds reasonable, depending on condition obviously. A cracked screen or something similar would demolish the price. Regarding packaging, normally I’d use several layers of bubble wrap to hold the items together and make sure they would not move or scrape (and the plug won’t go through the side of the envelope), and then a jiffy bag taped to size. If you can find a small box that would be an alternative, but try to stop the plug prongs scraping the DS, and remember it will be dropped in transit at least once.
