I want to resend certificates for a course schedule but that schedule is not listed on the manage correspondence by activity/staff pages. What should I do?

• Once the certificates are sent for a schedule using the Correspondence tab links in the BDA role, the schedule will not appear in the manage correspondence by activity/staff pages. To resend a certificate, refer to the “Printing Certificate” section of the BDA User Guide.
