I want to request a TripTik routing but it isn recognizing my home city. What do I do?

A. Some smaller towns are not yet listed in the database for our TripTik request form. If you live in a smaller community, you might try a larger, nearby town. If you are in a larger city and the system won’t recognize the name, double check your spelling first. If you’re sure about the spelling, make sure the format is correct. You must enter the city name, then a comma and space, then the two letter postal abbreviation for the state (IL for Illinois, not ILL). If you’re not sure of the postal abbreviation, you can enter just the city name & click continue. The system will then give you a drop down menu of all cities with that name in the U.S. You can then choose the correct one.
