I want to renew my SurveyGold Plus subscription, but the subscription renewal button does not appear in the About panel. How can I renew my subscription?
The ability to renew your SurveyGold Plus subscription is enabled any time in the 90 days prior to the subscription expiration date or any time after the subscription expires. GUIDANCE FOR INDIVIDUAL LICENSE HOLDERS Purchasing a renewal can be done by clicking the About button in the SurveyGold main tool bar and then clicking on the Renew Your Plus Subscription button. This button is only visible during the aforementioned time period. GUIDANCE FOR GROUP LICENSE HOLDERS Purchasing a renewal can only be done by your group license manager. You can notify your institution’s designated SurveyGold group license manager via email that you want to purchase a renewal by clicking the About button in the SurveyGold main tool bar and then clicking on the Renew Your Plus Subscription button.
