I want to register for a bootcamp that’s only days away. Is there enough prep time?
Our goal prior to an event is to prepare you for what you’re going to learn. Think of it as a 15-minute warmup, rather than rigorous cardio. You can get through the exercises in about a day. You will also want to allocate about 2 hours for reviewing the eBook and 3 hours for the DVD. We waste no time during the Friday afternoon session, so it is important that you have a decent conceptual understanding of the material. But there is no need to overprepare or spend weeks doing approaches before coming to work with us. Two of our best former clients, one of whom occasionally assists with instruction, both registered within three days of their bootcamps.
