I want to put several sentences together in a larger text box than is available on a page. Can fields be merged to make them larger?
Answer Yes. Go to the first text field that you want to merge with others. Hold down the “Shift” key and use the “Arrow” keys to highlight the fields that you want to merge. Right click on the highlighted fields and select “format cells”. Select the “Alignment” tab. Uncheck the “Shrink to fit” box if it is checked. Place a check mark in the “wrap text” box and place a check mark in the “merge cells” box. If you need additional room, refer to “Text boxes – merge” in this FAQ.
