A good selection of Chilean handicrafts can be found at shops throughout the country. In Santiago you’ll find small boutiques and malls in Providencia and downtown; both Ahumada and Huerfanos are traffic-free streets with many shopping opportunities. Shopping hours are 9:00am to 8:00pm, Monday through Friday, and 10:00am to 2:00pm on Saturday.
