Prior to purchase, you must fully complete the “Request for Competitive Bid Waiver” found in the Forms Repository. This form must be attached to the RIAS requisition order. Purchasing will review and make the final determination. If the purchase is greater than $100,000 signature of a vice president in respective area is required.
