No! Your personal, identifying information is suppressed. Only selected resumes sections display to the employer, plus your confidential EKOS seeker ID number. (e3.ky.gov uses your seeker ID to notify you by e-mail when an employer wants to interview you.) Your resume sections seen by the employer are your employment objective, desired job title, skills and abilities, certifications, and work history. You should avoid entering information in these fields that would divulge your identity. Also remember that ONLY registered and approved employers may view your confidential resume.
