I want to mount the EYE-10 on a very high ceiling, but the zoom range is too much wide angle. Can I use a tele converter in order to record a smaller picture?

In theory yes. The EYE-10 has a mount for additional lenses or filters. HOWEVER most tele converter on the market are made for the relatively low resolution of PAL/NTSC video cameras. So with most common tele converters you would loose a lot of the high resolution of the EYE-10. It depends on the quality of the tele converter if the resolution is still good enough or not. WolfVision does NOT recommends the use of tele converters. We recommend to use a ceiling hanger to suspend the camera further from the ceiling. The EYE-10 has a very nice design, so it would not hurt if the audience sees the camera. If a zoom range with more “tele” is important for you, please check out WolfVision’s Ceiling Visualizers VZ-C12 and VZ-C32!
