Certain very popular sites do not respond to ping traffic in order to reduce loads on their systems, (Microsoft among many others does this). If your intention is to monitor any of these sites you cannot do it, but if you intention is to see the performance of the Route to these sites set the Target IP address to the IP address immediately before the site you are interested in.
