Internal changes to your home do not require planning permission unless you are adding windows that may be controlled by a planning condition on an earlier permission. Please check this with the Development Control team if your house has been built within the last 20 years. If you are proposing these types of changes to a listed building then listed building consent will almost certainly be required before any work is carried out. Do not forget that some internal changes require permission under the Building Acts and that advice on this can be obtained from the Building Control team.
