The administrative email address listed for a domain name in its whois record is considered to be the controling email – if your domain has an admin email address listed that is no longer used or answered you will need to fax us proof of ownership of the domain name so we can change the administrative email. Please fax your signed request on business stationary along with a copy of owner photo id (driver’s license with id# removed) to us at 614-559-6536. Please include the new email to use.
