A – Talk to the Architectural Review Committee and submit a Landscape Change Request Form. The Committee is open minded on such subjects, and are concerned to ensure that the long term effects of any changes will be of benefit to the homeowner, and will not have a detrimental effect to your neighbors or the community in the future. You should note that any trees and shrubbery planted on the Common areas automatically become the property of Creekside Village Community Association and may not be removed or moved without the written approval of the Board of Directors. In addition, these new trees, shrubs, beds, etc. will have to be maintained by the current homeowner and all future homeowners. If additional plantings, beds, etc. are not maintained by the homeowner, the Association may elect to restore the land to its original condition at the expense of the homeowner.
