First, click on the “Criminals Database” button on the side-bar. This will take you to a page that explains the procedure and the charges. You need to use your credit card to open an account with us. You purchase one or more searches from the database at A$11 each. There are substantial discounts offered for multiple purchases. The credit card is validated and charged on-line. The account is opened and you are given a User ID and password. You can then access the Criminals Database, or any of our paid services, at any time. Your account is charged each time you click on the “Search” button. However, any unused credits remain in your account. There is no time limit to use these credits but no refunds are given.
