Carbonite allows you to reset your password by clicking on the link beside the password field on the following page. You will then receive an email with instructions on what you need to do to reset your password. In most cases the email will ask you to enter your email address and your Carbonite Serial Number. This number can be found within your Carbonite Info Centre (About Tab). If you do not have access to the Carbonite Info Centre you will need to contact support via the Chat service to ask for your serial number. Once you have logged into your Carbonite Account, you have the option to answer several security questions that will mean you can avoid the requiremetn for a Serial Number in the future. We are currently working on a local (Australian) Password Reset service so we can assist our local clients. We will advise when this service is ready.
