You may apply for this temporary (1 year) visa, provided that you have asked for a Migratory Permit in Argentina first. You may consult to Migration Authorities here. Be advised that we only issue this visa for citizens whose address is within our jurisdiction. People living in the other Provincies of Canada must apply for this visa at the Consulate of Argentina in Montreal. Click here. People living abroad, must apply for this visa at the Argentine Consulate of the address of the applicant.
