Research shows that professional conversations about CPD are vitally important for effective reflective practice. We would recommend that from the outset you share the planning and thinking about your CPD with a colleague who will able to act as critical friend and peer supporter/reviewer of your record of CPD. If your record is chosen for sampling during the audit process, the IfL will ask if your record has been shared with a colleague.
