In an effort to shape the future of conflict resolution practice in ways that enhance its value, ACR has launched four quality assurance initiatives: participation on the Joint Committee on Model Standards of Conduct for Mediators (JCMSCM), the Ethics Initiative, the Advanced Practitioner Workgroup, and the Mediator Certification Task Force. Please visit http://www.acrnet.org/about/initiatives/QualityAssurance/ to learn more about these initiatives, and to read about ACR’s work on mediator certification.
