I want to have a customized email subject message when using WorkCenter to email letters or campaigns. Can this be done?
Yes. WorkCenter allows you to customize a specific letter and/or have a default for all of your letters. If you customize a specific letter, that email subject message will override the default settings. To set your default settings, click on TOOLS, SETUP OPTIONS and then the EMAIL BUTTON. To customize a specific letter, right click on the letter and change the email subject line.
