Set aside one or two evenings a week, or a weekend day and cook several low carb meals. The vacumn sealers on the market are not reeal expensive. Package meal size portions for you, seal and freeze. While you are cooking for your family, simply throw in a sealed bag into boiling water to heat your meal. One nice thing about the vacumn bags is that they keep freezer burn away and the foods if warmed in boiling water, will taste the same as they did on the day you cooked them.
