I want to get involved in the SE&A community. What are some of the opportunities (in regard to clubs and organizations) that are currently available?
SE&A offers many employee communities that you are welcome to join. These communities include the Siemens Organization of Latinos (SOL), Women’s Network, African-American Community, South Asian Employee Community, and Native American Employee Community. You do not have to be a member of the different diversity groups to join. Local area offices may also have groups such as Toastmasters, an organization designed to build presentation skills. Each facility also has a Caring Hands Committee. Siemens Caring Hands is a company-wide effort to support our employees who are inspired to make a difference in their communities by volunteering their time, money and skills to help change the world where we live and work.
