I want to get a group of NotePages & ListPages about a particular topic all together from all over my binder into one place. Is there a quick way to do this?

Yes. Do a search on a keyword which would probably be in all such NotePages & ListPages. Then, from the Find form, select those Pages which you are looking for, and copy, or move them into a new NotePad using the tools available to you on the Find form. You will then have all those Pages grouped together in one NotePad.
