If you do not have NTBackup, then you can install it from your Windows XP CD, if its a restore CD, then use the File and Settings Transfer Wizard instead. Alternatively, try the many third party backup programs such as Retrospec, Backup MyPC, Ghost or free backup tools from Tucows or ZDNet etc.
