Use the Participant Template feature. This will allow automatic entry of the Testing/Eligibility Data in the top right box of the Participant screen. (The exception to this is the “gender” field which always defaults to male.) To use the Participant Template, first make sure the feature is ON in the Companies screen. Next, fill in the Testing/Eligibility values; include DOT administrations if required. Finally, click the Make Template button to store the values. Then whenever you Insert (with the + button) a new record, these fields will be automatically set.
