I want to create a custom WYSIWYG XML editor in C#. How would that be possible?

By WYSIWYG, I mean that the user will never get to see the actual XML outcome, only different text colors (for example) for each element he chooses to insert. Any general directions on what to look for would be greatly appreciated.
