I want to continue using Direct Pay to pay my SMWD bill. Can I still sign up to receive electronic bills through E.BILL and eliminate the paper bill?

Yes! You can sign up for E.BILL and you will receive an e-mail notifying you the bill is ready to be viewed. After you view your bill, you may use the “File” option to archive your statements. You do not have to utilize the payment options on E.BILL to simply view your statements online. Please note that if you do want to make payments through E.BILL, you must cancel your DirectPay subscription. See the next question for more details.
