I want to change my credit card details for a recurrent payment or to upgrade my account. What is the procedure?
Please, logon to your account page and un-check the renew check mark. When your current subscription expires, you will get a notification from us, at which time you can visit your account page and extend your account. Then, you can use a different credit card. If you simply want to upgrade your account, you can login and extend your account and then contact us at activecampaign@smtp.com and let us know that you’d like to use that same charge to upgrade your limit. If you’d like to increase it beyond what we charge you, please let us know the number of relays you’d like, so we can properly upgrade you.
