I want to change how many weeks worth of Calendar Events are synchronized every time I run OneSync. Is this possible?

Yes. By default, OneSync is configured to read one week in the past and four weeks in the future when synching Calendar Events. To change these settings please refer to the following guide for help in configuring this option: How To Set the Calendar Date Range.
