There are Parks were running costs altogether are under £1,000. On the other hand high-end Parks with Multi-level Swimming Pools, Gyms, Golf Courses, Restaurants, Amusements and Bars could have minimum running costs of £4,000. Under the right circumstances a high-end Park could easily make £4,000 sub-letting during the school holidays. So you still have options.
