Accessory buildings/carports shall be constructed no closer than twenty-five (25’) feet of the front property line and no closer than seven and one-half (7 ½’) feet of any other property line nor be constructed within an easement. Accessory buildings/carports shall not exceed twenty-five (25’) feet in height nor be constructed with more than one story. Accessory buildings over 120 square feet in area shall be constructed with at least 50% exterior masonry construction on each wall or elevation except for windows and doors. For accessory buildings that are 120 square feet or less in area, may have exterior construction of masonry, wood, metal or vinyl.
