Sorry, Ruger doesn’t sell receivers separately (although several aftermarket stainless steel receivers are available, at prices higher than Ruger charges for a complete rifle). If you’d like to have me customize your rifle, or build a custom rifle for you from scratch, I’d be happy to help. If parts are your primary need, I suggest you try Brownells.
