In the folder where RSI-Shield was installed (e.g. C:\Program Files\Tronan\RSI-Shield), there is at least 1 file with the *.rsf (RSI-Shield file) extension. Each such a file represents a user-profile. Copy this file/these files to a safe place. There is nothing more to back-up. If you want to restore the profiles at a later time, you just copy them back into the RSI-Shield folder.
