I want to apply to both the Associate Degree Nursing (ADN-RN) program and the Vocational Nursing (VN) programs. Can I submit one application and one set of official transcripts for both?
No. You must submit separate packets for each program to which you are applying. Programs have different pre-requisite requirements and different application periods (deadlines) and materials in one cannot be transferred to another. If you are requesting official transcripts from high schools and colleges, be sure to request one for each enrollment packet. Remember: Official transcripts are those which have been received from another educational institution in a sealed envelope and remain unopened. Once an envelope containing a transcript is opened (seal broken), the transcript cannot be accepted by Shasta College for enrollment in the nursing or dental hygiene program.
