Go to the Performance Reports screen and select the user whose data you wish to analyse. Put a floppy disk into your A: drive and click Export, and then OK. This will save the data in a file which you will then import into your spreadsheet program. You must have a floppy disk in the A: drive before you press the Export button because this is the default destination. If you want to export to a different location, select the required path in the Select Destination dialogue box. If you have pressed Export accidentally, and do not have a floppy disk handy, you will need to press Escape on your keyboard to exit the program and start again.
