If you think you ve already covered the material in this unit, you may wish to apply for an exemption. You need a “Recognition for Prior Learning” form from your course co-ordinator. The Unit Co-ordinator for Human Biology makes the decision based on the evidence you present, so you will be asked for copies of the syllabus from the other unit you have done and your academic record. I got an anatomy licence from UWA/Curtin when I studied there three years ago The Anatomy Act has been amended, so your licence from UWA or Curtin no longer applies. You must now be authorised by the School of Biomedical Sciences each year that you study anatomy.
