A19: The problem is, the earlier OS’s don’t have an XP style Startmenu/taskbar to skin, so WindowBlinds can’t do anything about it. However, you can use objectbar which (besides being used to build custom bars and docks) has the ability to mimic the WinXP taskbar and start menu. In this mode, it can also import the WinXP specific taskbar/start menu graphics from the WindowBlinds skin, and skin itself to compliment the current WindowBlinds theme.
