The “clogging” is actually a “gathering” of the hair, this is supposed to happen. If the hair didn’t gather on the blade it would fall all over the place, it is intended to stay on the blade until you rinse it off as you shave or simply let it gather until you have completed the shave, then rinse it off. It doesn’t affect how the blade cuts, it simply holds the residue there until you wash it off. The residue that you will see is actually 90% hair (notice the colour of the residue, it will be the same as your hair colour) there is only 10% Ultra on the blade, there to hold the shaved hairs together. This “gathering” isn’t essentially any different to what you would expect from other methods of wet shaving.
