I used to receive email notifications from FastWeb but they have stopped. Why?
You may be having this problem because your ISP/email provider is blocking our messages. Many ISP/email providers have taken it upon themselves to block certain senders, even if you’ve made adjustments to your filter settings. Unfortunately, if this is the case, FastWeb is limited in that we cannot control how providers decide to filter messages. You may want to contact your ISP/e-mail provider (if you have not already) to inform them of this issue and ask whether anything can be done to receive our e-mails.
