Jumping rope was my favorite but we also played Kick ball,soft ball, hop scotch, jacks, tag and not at school but at home we played; Kick the Can, Hide and Seek, cards, Monopoly, Mother May I?, Draw a Magic Circle, 20 Questions. My older sister was famous for making up the rules as we went along so I learned how to add and subtract and spell before I even went to school so she couldn’t cheat me.

I used to play Hop Scotch, but was never coordinated enough to play jacks. I don’t know what Chinese skipping is. We used to play Tag, Red Rover and Mother May I. And Red Light, Green Light.
