The ‘mode’ that the card was in must have changed. In ASIControl, click on the name of the card in the left pane. In the right pane, look for the Mode dropdown list. Select the mode that you need, then reboot the machine. The mode is written to the adapter’s EEPROM so the card will not show up in its new mode until a reboot. For specific information on the card’s modes, see the card’s datasheet available on the web page for the specific card.
