I used to have really good latency (green and always below 500) and now my latency is always in the red 1000+. How do i fix this?

I used to have really good latency (green and always below 500) and now my latency is always in the red 1000+. How do i fix this?

Open your Task Manager and go to Processes… make sure the BlizzardDownloader.exe isn’t running… It hogs bandwidth to download the next patch behind the scenes. Note: It may be named something else, like Background Downloader.exe… It’s easy to find, and I don’t have it installed on this PC to look.
