In order to cut down on people trying to spam our site, we now track what’s called ‘http_referrers’. Some firewalls (most notably software firewalls such as Norton and ZoneAlarm) block this information being sent to the server. The solution is to add the europa-pages site to your list of ‘Trusted Sites’ in your firewall application. The same applies to people accessing the site through language translation software, such as ‘Babelfish’, which will no longer allow you full access to the site.
