I used the NDVI script from the PCI Script Exchange page but it resulted with a grey-scale image, how can I group the values of the image to represent my NDVI results in color?

The output from the NDVI image is a grey-scale image because the results are stored within one channel with values ranging from -1 to +1. If you would like to see the NDVI image in colour, you can either do this with a PCT (pseudo colour table) or with the Representation editor in Focus. 1) To view the NDVI grey-scale image with a PCT, go to the files tree list (File tab) in Focus, expand the raster layer, right click on the NDVI channel, and select View | As Pseudocolor. To edit the default PCT colors, go to the layers tree list (Maps tab) right click on the layer and select Edit PCT… After you have edited the PCT, you can then convert the results into a RGB image by using the PCE command with the PCT. 2) To change the representation colors of the NDVI grayscale image, right click on the layer in the Map tree list (Maps tab), Representation Editor. You can then choose to view each unique value with a given colour or to view ranged values with a given color.
