A. All you absolutely have to do is get your new classes into your Prep. After logging in choose Setup Option>Prefernces>My Preps. Click on the Name of your Prep (ie My Gradebook) Click on Detail. Click Select Classes to choose this year’s classes that you wish to use the gradebook for.
