I used nicknames in Netscape Messenger to quickly locate favorite email addresses. How do I do that in Outlook email?
• A: Type a small portion of a name and then select the “check names” button on the toolbar: The name and email address will be resolved. After you have successfully checked a name or address, the name / address will appear in the auto-complete list the next time you type a portion of the name / address. Use your keyboard up/down arrow keys to select a name / address from the auto-complete list.
