I used my Runecaving Bolt spell on an enemy & I got the message Your spell was blocked by an Attacker. How is that?

It is a downside to using ‘Bolt’ spells. They can be blocked by other players & other players shields or even miss altogether. That is the trade off for them doing high damage when they do hit.
