I used my PennKey 6 months ago, but now its not working. Why?
Persistent PennKeys, the kind issued to faculty, staff and students, generally do not expire. Non-persistent PennKeys, issued to individuals with a short-term relationship to the University, expire on the date indicated at the time the key was created. Non-Persistent PennKeys start with a “g” followed by seven digits. All PennKeys are subject to suspension or expiration for security reasons.
